INTEGRATED CURRICULUM ON ALKAHFI ISLAMIC SCHOOL
ALKAHFI ISLAMIC SCHOOL (AIS) is committed to providing a comprehensive and well-rounded education that fosters both academic excellence and spiritual growth. To achieve this, we have implemented an integrated curriculum that seamlessly combines various elements, including:
National Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka)
We adhere to the National Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka), a framework designed to promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. By incorporating the principles of the National Curriculum, we aim to equip our students with the skills necessary to succeed in the 21st century.
Tahfidzul Quran (Quran Memorization)
A cornerstone of our curriculum is Tahfidzul Quran, which focuses on memorizing the Quran. We believe that mastering the Quran is essential for spiritual development and moral guidance. To ensure quality control, we have established an internal LPMP (Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan) that oversees and evaluates our Tahfidzul Quran program.
Arabic & English (Daily Language)
Arabic and English are taught as daily languages at AIS. Proficiency in these languages is crucial for effective communication and global citizenship. By immersing students in both Arabic and English, we aim to develop their language skills and cultural understanding.
Islamic Values (Manhaj Ash-Salafus Shalih)
We prioritize the teaching of Islamic values based on the Manhaj Ash-Salafus Shalih (the methodology of the righteous predecessors). This approach ensures that our students are grounded in traditional Islamic teachings while also embracing modern perspectives.
Tashfiyah (Purification) & Tarbiyyah (Nurturing)
As part of our commitment to the Manhaj Ash-Salafus Shalih, we emphasize the importance of tashfiyah (purification) and tarbiyah (nurturing). Tashfiyah involves purifying the mind and heart from false beliefs and practices, while tarbiyah focuses on nurturing the soul with Islamic values and knowledge. By integrating tashfiyah and tarbiyah into our curriculum, we aim to develop students who are not only academically proficient but also spiritually grounded and morally upright.
Through our comprehensive curriculum, AIS strives to provide a nurturing environment where students can develop their intellectual, spiritual, and moral potential. We believe that by combining academic excellence with Islamic values, we can equip our students to become responsible citizens and successful individuals.
